Subject: How to train between a 70.3 and a full Ironman ????Hi, I finished the Ironman 70.3 in Rapperswil (CH ) on June 7th. I made a 6 months preparation for this event with proper periodization : endurance phase, speed and long workouts phase and finally taper. Now .. the question is : I will participate to the full IronMan (my first one ) in Barcelona on October 4th. I am confused about my training plan ... What should I do ??? Should I, during these 12 remaining weeks go again for the same type of periodization or should I only concentrate on long workouts, as my endurance base is pretty good ? Many thanks for your help.
