There are the older songs that will do like anything from Metallica, Iron Maiden, Only Living Witness, and I could go on. The current new favorites are anything from All That Remains, As I Lay Dieing, or Slipknot (like Sulphur comes to mind as I type this). I love music and it really moves me so the right mix can really get me pumped. I sing in my head a lot when on the bike. |

I just cant have the words distracting me and it cant be slow or somber (sorry no ballads). Some jazz is good for this also. The other option I sometimes use, for some reason, is REM...it just does it for me when the above mentioned doesnt. |
