So, with the off season fast approaching Cry, I was wondering how people go about planning their off-seasons?  Im trying to figure out how to plan out my rests and training periods, so if anyone has any ideas Im all ears!!!

Off season...we have an off season?

Weight training and working on my form in the pool is my big thing.  Work on your weaknesses.  BT has off season training plans that you can down load as well.  Hope this helps.

Going into retirement to be with family more.  But, I could get restless and get that urge again to participate.

Well last off-season, I focused soley on improving my bike. The result: Swim and run improved. Bike not so much. So this off-season I'm going to completely ignore my bike and will expect big results on the bike next year.
