Long Term and Short Term Goals and Photos have vanished!

My entire blog heading, except for the blog title, has vanished. All of my quotes, my photos, everything. Gone! I went to edit my training plan that I post in my goals, and I hit "save" and it all just vanished. I did not erase the whole thing, so even if I didn't hit "save" the worst that should have happened was that I'd lose my CHANGES not my entire deal.
