To log on to the spreadsheet, use the following information: Username: [email protected] Password: challengeforum (If you're already logged onto Google, you'll need to log out, then log in again with the above information.) Each team needs to do the following: 1) Pick a team name. 2) Select a team captain. 3) Enter their run goals on the spreadsheet. (Goals need to be entered by Oct. 4th.) Team captain responsibilities: 1) Remind people when it's time to update the team spreadsheet. (This is the information that I'll use to determine the team standings.) 2) Let me know if there's a problem. (For example, a team member hasn't reported in for two weeks, etc.) When you have selected a team name, let me know and I'll change your thread name. Challenge Standings will be posted on the following days. Please make sure you've entered your current progress on the spreadsheet BY these days, so that your team doesn't look like it's lagging! I know many of you but for those I don't...I am Katie...I live in Chicago and am a Surgery resident. This is my second season of tris and I am trying to learn how to run over 6 miles. I am training for a Half marathon, but have not actually signed up for one yet. Will have to look at the calendar and figure out my goal for the month. Look forward to meeting all of you and talking to those who I haven't been on a team with in awhile!!! |

I am done for the season. It was my plan to rest for Oct, but....a run challenge. I am working on speed work, short distances, but more times a week. |

I am Kendra and I just finished a 10k, it was going to be a 1/2, but did not have enough time. I am done for the season. It was my plan to rest for Oct, but....a run challenge. I am working on speed work, short distances, but more times a week. Oh yes I can chat...usually I require provocation...but this morning I was just in a chatty mood. Nice job on the 10K! |

I'm Kim and hope to keep up with what looks like a chatty team. I have a half marathon in November, so this challenge will help keep me on track for my training. I had a minor knee issue earlier this month but am back on track...ran a little over 6 this morning...but that get's logged in the Sept challenge. Great weather here in NJ so going to get outside for the rest of the day. Hope everyone has a good weekend. |

October is my last month of general base buiding before starting to train for a HIM at the end of March......or maybe one in June. Hmmmmm. It all depends on my 5 month old baby boy. He never gets bottles so I have to work my workouts around his schedule. That's not easy! Can't wait to get to know all of you! Now....back to my Okras! |
