Master 2139 piece o heaven | Subject: Tour de CT - COMPUTRAINER CHALLENGE I know it is not quite cold enuff to move permanantly into the basement for "off" road fun, but I wanted to start a thread to get people's interest and opinions. This challenge will be as listed below. As you read, please nominate courses for this challenge. Also I am going to try to keep the first one limited to the first 30 / 6 teams. If it goes well, I will expand as needed. Maybe even have divisions/AG's, Etc. We shall see. I want to have the first TdCT in December, probably the week before Christmas so we can all recover with some Holiday Cheer!

Master 1553 Elm Grove | Subject: RE: Tour de CT - COMPUTRAINER CHALLENGE I am really pumped about this. I just finally got my borrowed CT set up and working. Chris, are we to do the courses in that order but it doesn't matter when we take the couple of rest days? Just looking wondering. Oh, and as I mentioned at lunch on Friday, but after looking at the elevation, AlpDHuez looks like a brutal time. |

Master 2139 piece o heaven | Subject: RE: Tour de CT - COMPUTRAINER CHALLENGE I would hope everyone could do these in order. As for days off, There are 5 courses and 8 days listed - space as you need to. We have lives and jobs - otherwise we would do a 10 course or greater Tour with a specific schedule.
Good Luck Everyone - we start on Tuesday |

(and he as been training, I have not..) I figure there is only room to improve from here, right??? |

Champion 6056 Menomonee Falls, WI | Subject: RE: Tour de CT - COMPUTRAINER CHALLENGE Well, I was in a rush this morning and F'ed up and did the wrong 10-mile TT. My course had hills and wasn't the course found in the PIG section of the website (this will teach me for not downloading the course the night before.) Maybe I'll re-do it, but I don't know when considering I gave this one my all. FWIW, my stats were: Time: 26:24 Avg.: 22.7 Avg. watts: 218 Max watts: 428 |

No you are just that much of a monster I was a little disappointed and am not sure if I had the resistance wheel too tight or if my legs were a little shot this AM. I might try it again after the Tour just to compare. |
