However, what's it going to take to get you to believe? Beat Dallas, beat NE, stingiest defense in the NFL... If it's a close game, even if they lose, I would say they are for real. |

I expect this season they will split with SD...so maybe they lose tonight. But SD won't have an easy time of it.. |

Maybe now. Prior to yesterday that title went to the Giants. Chargers haven't exactly been setting the league on fire, but their losses have come against some pretty solid teams. |

How can a team that was expected to win only 3-4 games all season be over rated after a 5-0 start???? That's right they haven't played anybody..So is New Orleans over rated - they've played Detroit, Jets, Buffalo and Philly - not the cream of the NFL crop...Minnesota has played Cleveland, Detroit and the Rams... where's the uproar that they're over rated..??? I think that SD will pull this game out - maybe 21-17 - They need this game more. If SD loses then they are 3 1/2 games out of first in the AFC west. |

Considering that no one gave them more than 7 games this year (according to all the sports books here in Vegas) and they are already at 6, I would say they were UNDER rated... Can't deny that they are legit now, me thinks. Cinci, Dallas, NE, SD... Not really pushover teams. |

However, SD's 3rd down conversion is pretty pitiful to begin with. |

Denver has never had an easy time in SD and I expected it to continue with a loss. Feel asleep at 10-10 and was pleasantly surprised to wake up this morning and see a victory. I guess they will be overrated now until they beat Baltimore and/or Pittsburgh and be 7-1 at mid-season. So when they beat Baltimore and they fall to 3-4 will that still be a win over a bad team everyone? And remember SD was coming off of their bye - just like Baltimore will be (and Denver) and Pittsburgh. I don't think the Steelers look too impressive this year. I believe there is a good chance they will split wins with Baltimore and Cincy so that division could be pretty tight. I think Denver has a good chance of beating both Baltimore and Pittsburgh, depending on where those games are played. If it's a home game, I give it to Denver. |

I actually expected them to lose last night...division rival on their home turf that had more to play for. Glad they got the win and I enjoyed seeing Rivers pout the 2nd half of the game! |
