Happens every time I upload from Garmin. Won't store on the server but all info gets uploaded to log except splits/lap data

Is there any text included in the error message after "Please contact BT support"?

Also, can you tell me what OS/ Browser are you using?

Does this happen with your 205 and the new 305?

No other text, just that pop up

Windows XP pro & Firefox 3.5.7

Both devices

It used to work fine with the 205, then I had intermittent problems, then it didn't work at all. Hasn't worked with the 305 at all. I had posted about it a while ago and sent tcx files.

It looks like the tcx data isn't being received by the server. I assume you're using a broadband connection?

Yes. I am behind a cable modem at home, and on the corp. LAN at work. I think I have tried from multiple PC's but I will try again anyway. I did update the Garmin Comm plugin but that didn't help.

I was getting the problem with the latest version of the garmin agent and Firefox. Work-around = IE

Did you mean ANT Agent or Communicator? mrbbrad was experiencing this with a 205 and a 305 which don't use ANT.

We think that his issue may be due to a corporate firewall/software issue.
