You run 4 days a week, your longest run being 10 miles. This is what I did, others here have used it as well, you will be fine. www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/novice.htm I basically agree with Neal on the rest though. If you can swim through the sprints, the half marathon training will take care of the run, and some long biking will cover you for your bikes. Maybe find an Olympic plan to use for your swim and bike, but add a little more to the bike miles, and substitute your HM running for the running in the Oly plan.
