Subject: RE: How do you put in your training plan? There are two ways that you can tackle this, you can either:
Switch to planned blog (let your mouse hover over the blog button ) and you will be able to enter your schedule in the same manner that you enter your workouts.
OR
Choose the file cabinet in your training log and create a plan. This will allow you to add days and workouts that you can then import into your planned training.
Neither way will prevent you from actually entering your daily workouts. |
