I could always try to come up with modified goals for my shortened training time, right? I really want something to push me to make the most of my available training time for the rest of the summer, and this will get me off on the right foot. How does this look? Swim - 8000y (3 weeks) Bike - 100 miles (2 weeks) Run - 40 miles (2.5 weeks) Let me know what you guys think...... |
