Comments: This was a pretty tough swim. It was very choppy and longer than they said it would be. I did pretty good, but I got a bit off course due to the strong current. What would you do differently?: Pay more attention to the current and sight more when it is really choppy ![]() Transition 1
Comments: There was a 1/4 plus mile run to transition so I put shoes on at the beginning of the tunnel which helped me run much better. The T1 split includes the run. I had a pretty good transition What would you do differently?: run faster ![]() Bike

Comments: pretty good run, i pushed really hard because it was short i threw up at the finish because i drank so much salt water and it was really hot ![]() Post race
Warm down: walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing, I did my very best yahoo!!!! Event comments: This was my best race so far. I felt really good going into the race, I knew I was well prepared and ready to do my best. I did my taper right and I have been eating really good and getting lots of extra rest. I knew I was going to have a great race and I did. I beat a lot of people who usually beat me. My secret goal was to go under an hour and I just missed it by 27 seconds!
