November is BUSY for me parents this weekend, hubby traveling the following week, certification for work, bday and 1/2 mary the following week and then thanksgiving with the following week traveling for me... Good lord and I have to fit training in? I am thinking run (at least through mid-month before the 1/2 ), walking (if I can't run after the 1/2 ), maybe a few bikes (just to figure out what the thing is in the garage ) and core (god I need it ). However, I really need to focus on the weight loss as well but hoping it will come with the above. Stacie |
