Everyone:  What's the concensus on calling ourselves Team Redundancy Team?  Also, I need help with my training goals:  I destroyed swimming, but I don't care about swimming much  (it doesn't help you win ), I"m thinking 20k instead of 15k.   I didn't make 280K bike last month, but I logged in an easy 65K today... 350K sound good?  I want to be amazing at running... but I don't want to injure myself, 90K up from 70K last month?  
I have a side goal of running sub 4:00/km in my olympic at month end, but I need a cycling goal!! |
