This can be set in terms of Sessions worked on core conditioning or # of Crunches, sit-ups, or so. Ewww...do we have to? I've been in an abs class all summer and it ends next week (yeah!) but I guess I better keep up to core work on my own (boo!). Will have 4 sessions from my class, and I'll put in another 5 on top. Total, nine core sessions. To date, I've done two. It's really hard for me to do core work on my own.... Ok, I'll stop whining about it.
