I think that peach out year would be a really fun thing.

So... Who's in?

I am thinking that anyone can join. The goal is to have all peach days for as long as possible. When you miss a day, you are out and you have to send everyone else who is still in an energy gel. We should all have plenty of those lying around from race bags. The longer you are in, the fewer gels you have to send when you are out, the more gels you get from those who aren't.

Anybody want to join me in this?

Would love to do this since I almost never take a day off. After all I have a Lab that needs to be walked twice a day. I will have to pass though, I have a 50K CC ski race in February and I don't think I will be doing anything the next day. The dog will still be at the kennel.

Very cool!  I've been peachy since 9/1/08....took a day of nothing after my first Ironman and have been peachy-keen ever since!

Should I give this a go? If I miss a day I have to post gels all the way to the other side of the world. This could be one huge incentive!
Hmmm...thinking....

OK. I'm in. Day 1 done. I did a DVD workout of my core. I sooo need something to get me to do the strength and core  work that my body is lacking.
Postage to the U.S. should keep me honest.

It's only Jan 1 here, so Day 1 done. I got a good ride on the Computrainer and will try to get some weights in later. I am very excited about it all as this is the first time since my surgery in October that my foot has actually fit into my bike shoe so that I could use my bike on the trainer. Previously I have been stuck with just swimming and the stationary.

Yes. The thought of having to send gu's to Australia is definitely keeping me on track. Yikes!

Congrats on being able to get into the cycling shoes. Glad your healing well from the surgery!

I had a peachy 1st, and have a 16 mile run on tap for today. So far so good!

Have a peachy day everyone!

I know it's 4 days in ( for us Australasians anyway) but I'm hoping seeing as this is a year long challenge that I can still join?

I'm all peachy so far and would like to keep it that way

I am very intrigued and need motivation to move every day. I slack off a lot. I REALLY hate having to mail stuff, so that might be a good motivator!

Count me in!!!

How's everyone going?
I walked today. A bit tired and feeling like I'm fighting something so we took the dog for a walk along the river. She loved it.

I'm not doing too bad this week considering that its the first week back at work, I have a stinking cold (ine the middle of summer - not fair!), and I came off my bike yesterday. Still, Im about to head off early for a weekend away for a friends wedding so its all good Hopefully it stops raining at some stage because its a garden wedding!

Doing good here, though I am stuck on the bike trainer indoors. It is 15 degrees outside! Yikes! Thank heavens for the Computrainer.

So far so good for me - did some biking and swimming. I'm not running right now due to an injury, but am walking instead.

Hi all! I'm still peachy 11 days in, due in large part to this challenge! There was one day last week where I really didn't want to do ANYTHING, but forced myself to do core work for this challenge. Yay!!! I stayed peachy and realized it has been far too long since I have done push ups

Yep, I'm peachy for 11 days too....only because of this challenge! I did a much neglected stretch session one day to keep me peach.
Today it's horrendously humid and bucketing down.  the desire to run is just not there. So I might do one of my old exercise DVD's for fun and to stay peach. Tai Bo sounds fun!
Keep up the Peach everyone

Yep. Still peachy. I forced myself to do something last week just so I wouldn't have to sen gels to Australia! This is working!
