New user  136   Winchester, VA |  Subject: Before and after triathlon training...Just a part of my motivation for starting triathlons was to lose my gut. I don't typically brag on myself but I feel pretty good about the progress I've made on that part of my motivation (and the other aspects too). Now decreasing times and increasing distances is more important but I thought I'd post this "before and after" picture of me and thought it would be cool to see other's as well. Closest thing I have is before May of 2005, a year before I started to even think about doing triathlons at about 210 lbs. And after is this last summer at Worlds in Budapest at about 180. ETA: hmmm.... can't get the after to post. I'll do it as a separate post.
