Subject: RE: AUGUST Peaches!Last time I tried this I missed a few days but it sounds like a perfect challenge for my birthday month as I'm currently 5/5. 1. 25 min (2.24 mile) bike, 2. Bowling with my new league that BFF got me in to, 3. 400m swim (total not continuous), 4. 2 run/walks with a short break in between that totalled 1.54 miles (30:39 total time - yes I know I'm slow, lol), 5. 750m swim (total not continuous - although it did contain an almost continuous 150m so I'm still happy) Tomorrow should be a 30-35 min bike ride and 30ish min run/walk followed by another bike ride (40-50 mins) and a swim on Sunday. |
