First there was the "6 Week Ironman Training" in "Men's Journal" (It was actually a somewhat unrealistic sprint training program.)

Now in "Esquire" "I'm a new triathlete and I'm on the fence about shaving my legs" (They advise "go for it" and give some good advice.)

And, of course, "The Sexiest Woman Alive" is totally stolen from out "Hottie of the Month" threads.

WHAT?  You mean I can't train for my first Ironman in 6 weeks?  I'm canceling my subscription to Mens Journal.  Damn them...I had my schedule all worked out...

Didn't even know there was an Ironman sprint tri. Sign me up!

Was the 6-week program going from absolutely no physical fitness? That I would think is unrealistic. If you are at least good at one of the disciplines and have regular workouts, I think it is easily concievable to do it. After all, that's what I did!

It implied that you could do an Iron Distance Tri w/ 6 weeks of training. Most amusing. If you do a search on Men's Journal it should come up.

LOL!  I am sure they could grab some interesting articles if they ventured into Cup of Joe!  Maybe the Wahoo story will go beyond BT and Welshy will be interviewed on Oprah!
