 15 |  Subject: Another Newbie!I've just got into the sport but I'm already hooked! I did my 1st sprint tri (Parris Island) in March and finished in 1:15. I just did the Surf and Turf sprint tri in 1:12 and now I'm getting ready for the 1/2 IM in White Lake NC. I bought a Cannondale IM 800 and I have been training like crazy! I'm just looking for advice or any tri related info!! |

I am on month 2 and today I ditched my second workout this week and loaded up on KitKat's at the local gas station... I just feel really groggy lately! I need a little encouragement up here in Minnesota! I love this website though, it is so helpful for someone who knew nothing about triathalons 2 months ago. I'm competing in the Lifetime triathalon on July 17 here in Minneapolis. |

I am currently using the training schedule that I found on this website. Do you guys think that running twice a week is really enough? I've only been running twice per week, but my runs are still really hard. Would 7 workouts a week be overtraining? Any one have any thoughts? |

I live in Hastings and work in St. Paul. There are a few Minnesotans on this site actually. I'm also feeling guilty and groggy today after skipping yesterday, but I know I just have to make double sure to get out on the bike today! Nothing can be done about the skipped days anymore, so I just keep pressing forward! Good luck! Kelly |

| New user 11 St. Paul, Minnesota | Subject: RE: Another Newbie! This is for Kelly from MN. SPEED here. Actually, my husband and I live in St. Paul and he works at the Wells Fargo in Hastings. I also have a good friend who teaches at Hastings High School. I'm glad there is another Minnesota-ite! I did have a good bike ride today, which is a good start to my week.
