Obviously I'm bored at work.

Here is a table I make for the Hamsters.  MATriMom, you can highlight the entire table and paste into your entry next week, and update the "Accomplish/%Accomplished" columns.

Great Job everyone!

I find these challenges so motivating to keep to my plan. The past two swim challenges helped me make great strides in my swim times and so I look forward to the same for this run run challenge.

Some of you are amazing with running 70+ miles in a month.

Keep up the great work everyone! Weather looks kinda cold around here this week. Are you running inside or out?

I don't have access to a treadmill, so all my runs are outside.

The weather has been cooperating lately, so it's not a big deal

Well, I suggested the team name and some of ya'll were silly enough to take me up on it!

My mileage for week 1 skyrocketed (as expected) on Sunday when I ran the 13.1 Pacific Shoreline half-mary.  I'd found a cheap airfare and decided to tag along for my running partner's first 13.1 race (my third) even though I'd done just the bare minimum of training.  Thankfully the weather and course were perfect, so we had a blast.  Didn't want to fly back to chilly Boston, but here I am again, contemplating a 30-degree run along the Charles...only because it's bright and clear outside and my gym's tmills have been packed with other runners lately.

Hope that everyone else has a good week of running ahead,  -Sunny

Outside - always outside. I swore that I would avoid the treadmill at all costs, and I'm not changing now. If it's above zero, then it's running weather!

I love the outside runs. Nothing as invigurating as chapped lips, cotton mouth, and frozen snot durring a great run. Now if I could just get some better outdoor running gear I would be styling. In  the meantime I will keep using my fuel belt to keep my sweats up and oversized windbreakers on the realy cold mornings. Thank goodness for the sun comming up before my runs are done now
