Subject: clydesdale wanna behave considered this for quite some time: i am out of shape, out of excuses, and have plent of time
Any words of wisdom for someone just just just starting on this path. I am relying on thsi site fora starting point in all phases of my training. Currently I am going to the gym three times per week I ride the stationary bike, them walk on treadmill (w/r program ) then I lift. I have not begun any swim training yet but I have my sights set on a mini in august of 2005. Any and all encouragement gladly taken criticism and guidance actively sought. Thanks tripez |
