Subject: RE: Bike Fit/Posture - Advice please...First off, WAY too much weight on your arms. I'm guessing that you DO need to move the saddle back a bit. The bars look close in to me, as well as low. The actual point-to-point distance may not be the problem. If they were moved, in an arc relative to the tip of the saddle, up and forward, you might find yourself relaxing a whole lot. Something that will help a lot: Redo the pictures with your hands on the brake hoods. You really don't ride in that position a whole lot (unless you're going to be riding on the track or in crits). |
