Subject: Need to adjust my training plan...but how?
After a viral illness and joint injury I am about 2 weeks off on my scheduled plan. Can I move my plan back so that what I am supposed to do week to week is readjusted and matches the calander dates? If I try to make up for 2 weeks of low activity to bring the balance up I will likely suffer another injury. Thanks
