Expert  900  |  Subject: Sexy, or NotOkay, so I ran across this photo via Spartan Race's Facebook today. It ensued quite the discussion about if this lady was doing to much, and she looked gross, or if it was indeed sexy.
I find her incredible...I'm amazed.

But I also think she's flirting with (if not already over) the line to having TOO low of body far, and messing with hormone levels that could bite her later in life. Granted, the lifing will help counteract some of the bone loss, but who knows which side of normal it'll fall in the end. |

I dated an NPC fitness competitor for a bit (amateur) and in every day life, she looked pretty good. Now once she started really cutting for a show it would start to get a bit too much but even then, only when she was really pumped. With that said, I kind of almost prefer a bit softer of a woman now and as said, sexy has so much more to do with attitude than anything else. |

Personally I like to keep it above 15%...........but thats just me. Everyone has a different idea of what is sexy and attractive. |
