Subject: RE: Has anyone seen my desire to trainI've been in a MAJOR rut for well over 9 months (xc move, new job, etc ) and only this past month have gotten back into working out - not officially training yet. So what I have done is tell myself that i need to work out at least 3x a week - not a lot, just get out there and do a swim/bike/run or hike or weight lifting.
About a month of easing into workouts and not a hardcore training schedule is putting me back in the mood.  Now I want to sign up for one or two races.
