Pics, stats, or at least a few words explaining the crush are mandatory! Germany's gymnast Marcel Nguyen ... a German/Asian halfsie like me, and really now, need I say more:
South African swimmer and breaststroke (need I say more?) champion Cameron van der Burgh:
Two for one: U.S. beach volleyball and double Olympic champion duo Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor. Those two just do not have one bad move or bad angle. SSSSSizzlin on the beach!
I should probably pick my crushes better as Nguyen and van der Burgh are gay and Walsh-Treanor are not, but of course I pick them solely on the excellence of their athletic endeavors and service to the community. |

I go to bed all worked up after a night of viewing and I can't get to sleep! First, Jeanette Ottesen Gray. She's a Danish freestyle sprinter who's smokin' hot, even coming out in a cap and goggles! Always waving to the crowd with a big smile on her face when she's announced. Also, one of the top sprinters.
Next, the entire British men's pursuit track team. Each one of them. Total. Piglets. Have been a big fan of Geraint Thomas as part of Sky since last year, but I also have a fatal attraction to redheads (Clancy), and Burke and Kennaugh are just screamin' cute. The four on the right are the Olympic Team GB for this event, earlier this year at the World Championships.

I met her in line at BWI and, being the bike geek that I am, commented on her wheels (I ride the same ones). She was an absolute sweetheart to talk to. She was more interested in my racing and encouraging me than I could ask her about what she had done. "Oh, yeah: I won this and that in Bejing and won the Chicago marathon, but tell me about your cyclocross: That sounds cool". Love her! Plus, she's cut like diamonds... Florent Manaudou, freestyle sprinter, and sister Laure Manaudou, distance freestyler, both Olympic champions!
And here's Yuhan and Lianne Tan (more halfsie hotties!) of Belgium, who play badminton!
