I am also a bigger fan of 'total-body' exercises and not just crunches and such. So, I might be counting some other exercises as part of my core work. I know I can really improve my planks though!
But, we'll see. Maybe I'll surprise myself! You know your stuff--if you think it can be counted as core, it can be counted as core. 10 minutes is a long time, but two 5 min sessions aren't bad, or some other break down. For the TV watchers, commercial breaks are ~2min, so they could do 5 commercial breaks worth. I'm just pumped that you're in. Sweet, we got Comet. We need to wrap up the handstand challenge! I keep thinking, OK, today I'll shoot some video, and then I have some big training session and I wimp out cause I don't think I can bring my A game. I'm a dork like that. I'm gonna keep doing the handstands though. They're awesome, and I can't believe how much better they got in a month:) |
