Subject: Hand made rear view helmet mirrors - $10 donation
On August 10th I'm participating in a charity ride in Columbus, Ohio. Pelotonia 2013 where 100% of money raised supports the OSUCCC-James to fund cancer research. In an effort to meet my donation commitment I'm selling these hand made rear view helmet mirrors for a $10 tax deductible donation to my rider account.

The mirrors are hand made by me with a bicycle spoke and a bottle cap (beer or soda) of your choice. There is a one inch round mirror inside the cap.

My Rider profile can be found at the following link: http://www.mypelotonia.org/riders_profile.jsp?MemberID=257525

I've noticed when running that my hands start to swell. I started running with a fuel belt and started sipping water about 15 minutes into my run. It seemed to help for a few runs, but not all.

When I switch one wheelset for another, the rear derailleur needs to be adjusted because the rear wheel on each holds the cassette in a different position. Where do I start?
