I have a 2000 Subaru right now, and I've been planning to buy a new or newer car in the spring- mainly looking at Priuses, possibly another Subaru. I was somewhat leaning towards a new car because you can get 0% or .9% APR pretty regularly on the cars I'd be looking at.
But I found a good deal on a Certified Pre-Owned Prius, exactly the car I want, and Toyota is offering 1.9% APR (which I can qualify for).
Does anyone know if they do that often, or is it a rare thing?
If it doesn't happen often I'll get the car now. But if it's likely they'll offer it again in the spring, I'd prefer to wait and have my AWD through the rest of the winter.

I would say it probably isn't too much of a risk to wait. Certified Pre Owned is almost like buying new so the incentives should stay, especially in this economy.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
