Subject: 2.12.14 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!  It's Friday!

4:30am:  30 minute nice and easy run

5:00am:  :60 minutes of biceps/back/core/stretching/foam rolling

Busy day here...high school basketball games all afternoon.  Today's games determine what place both boys and girls varsity will head into Divisionals in, which our school is hosting next weekend. Our girls varsity is sitting in 2nd place with yours truly's daughter leading scoring of the league.  Somehow 5'0" me produced a 5'9" lean mean athletic machine!

Jamie AKA Man of Mystery...good luck on whatever adventure you have going on--can't wait to hear about it!

Susan, I would kill for sun and 80s right now!  We are currently socked in with an inversion--nothing but cold and grey. I hate it!

Best of luck to your daughter and team! Winding up my "pro week" here, slept in a bit this morning:

7:30 AM 2500m of swimming with a hard 600m and 400m
Noon-ish: 1:15 trainer workout with some high-resistance stuff

yeah I know, seems nice but we had field day with my kids yesterday and it was so hot…I think some of them got heat exhaustion - ugh! The sun is brutal!

5:30am - 50 min altitude spin - at a new place I'm teaching - simulates 7,500ft altitude - still getting used to it! Hard to get up since I was at a school function till 10:30pm - how do normal people go to bed so late??? LOL!

9:30am - 45 min spin - took it a little easy since my legs are trashed from the morning and my workout yesterday!

For me the rest of the day - my kids are out at noon - play date at the park, then a Valentines Day craft party in my neighborhood a little later. I'm exhausted!
