AM 45 minute trainer ride (I did get up--force of habit overcomes fatigue. Plus I think most of the latter was actually just wooziness from the long, jerky stop and go bus ride back--we came centimeters away from killing two motorbike riders. I get a bit carsick in developing countries. ) Mostly Z2 with three sets of 5 X 30-second high-cadence pickups
PM 30 minutes of strength stuff. Just doing one routine I have from earlier in the summer, because it's the only one I happen to have a printed copy of. No time/motivation to go through Training Peaks and print off something else. I figure by the time I adapt to it (i.e. when my glutes stop hurting again ), I'll be back with some kind of plan anyway.
