AM: 46 minute trainer workout--Group Computrainer class with a bunch of big-gear intervals. Ugh--no escape from them, even by fleeing the country! Followed by a 50-minute "cooldown" on hilly roads at 30 kph. May have been a cooldown for the stronger cyclists in the group, but for me, not so much.
Noonish: Video swim analysis and lesson. That was interesting! I think I understand now why my old coach used to compare my swim form to Janet Evans (sadly, not as fast ). Maybe you're old enough to remember her?
5 PM-ish: 45 minutes of swimming, trying to work on the things we talked about during the lesson. |
