Subject: RE: 3.24.17 Fabulous Friday!Kicking off the weekend strong. Start the day with a 3.6 mile run, then off to the pool to do a Fabulous 4 Thousand swim workout, then it was around the loop for another 3.6 miles! Swim workout looked like: 24 x 50 warm up, main set 6 x 200, 8X 50 Fly followed by 100 Free, 400 cool down. I don't know how to fly yet so I did the 50's practicing the dolphin kick movement and then attempted the first 25 of the 100 doing the fly. I think 10-15 yards was the best I could do so far. Having a difficult time coordinating the kick with the fly movement. |
