Subject: 6.13.17 Tuesday Training!

Good morning BT!

5:30am:  :50 minutes on the trainer with 6X3:00 @ Z3

6:30am:  :30 minutes plyos 

Another chilly day here so I guess I'll do inside stuff...by the end of the week we should be back up into the 90s...yahoo!  But this windy, chilly weather is good for getting all these piddly things done inside.

Shermbelle. well to suck up it with what sounded like a tough HIM!

3mile run this morning with a little more heat and humidity. Took yesterday off to celebrate my 18th anniversary with beautiful wife.

hope to get a short ride in this afternoon, but we will see how that plays out.

Day 4 and still here. Group run was rained(lightning) out, bike is at the LBS for some TLC, so it was 20 minutes on the stationary bike at the fitness center.

Swam 25min last night and ran 35min this morning. It was a humid morning and I was drenched by mile 2...

Chilly here as well....at least by my standards. High was in the low 60's; the sun didn't really come out till about 4 PM. Easy 45 minute run; took Rover (who, thankfully, made it back with me with no unplanned stopovers) in to shop for reassembly and maintenance and picked him up PM.

Thank goodness this week is (semi) taper--no more super-long workouts for a while!

Just got back from Houston. Been a long day.

3:45 - 1150 yards, mostly drills, with 8 x 50 at a moderate pace.

Rest day - just got back into running/cycling this week after some extended time off. 10-mile mtn bike ride last night.
