What was the difference in temperature from April to Yesterday? Do you taper for your 5K races or are your training through them? I see about a 30 to minute change in time with the warmer temps this time of year. I also see 1+ minute change in time based on how well rested I am for a 5K. Every course is different too. Keep running and see where you are in another 3 months. |
