4:30am:  :55 minutes on the bike trainer with 12X2:00 intervals

5:30am:  upper body strength + core

Karen you must be getting waterlogged!  

Steve glad you're back to feeling normal!

50 minute circuit training/bootcamp class after work, all revolving around sprint combinations, and drills.

Yep, pretty waterlogged. Especially after we had torrential rain yesterday evening--our field looked like a swimming pool. Track season starts a week from Monday. Now added to the challenge that I won't be able to run with the kids, at least for the first week or two (I'm going to try to start run-walk on the 25th), is that we might have no place to run if the rainy season won't let up. Thought it was tapering off last week, but then we got the tail end of a tropical storm over the weekend and now it is back to daily rain. Ugh.

AM: One hour bike ride with 2 X 20 minutes at HIM-ish watts. It felt harder than that!
PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff
