Elite  4583   |  Subject: 11.17.17 Fabulous Friday!Good morning BT! 4:45am: :30 min shake out run just to get legs moving. Thursday was an off day since I'm racing tomorrow morning! I'm so excited! The race is a 1/2 marathon through the back country of Valley of Fire in the Nevada desert...can't wait for the scenery! After I run I'm heading on to Las Vegas to hang out with a girlfriend until Monday! Should be a great weekend! Is anyone else racing this weekend? Have a great day today BT! |

Master 8251 Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 11.17.17 Fabulous Friday! Sigh....No racing.I will try running next weekend. It's not going to be racing anytime soon. Best case scenario we are talking 20 minutes of run-walk without self-destructing. AM: 50 minutes of very intense nasty trainer stuff. I think first time I have gone above FTP for more than a few seconds for ages. Ouch! PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff |
