Elite  4583   |  Subject: 4.25.18 Wonderful Wednesday!Good morning BT! 4:00am: 90 minute run 5:30am: upper body strength + core After school: 30 minute run Karen that'd be awesome to hook up in Boise if you're still there! I love Boise so much and have a couple of good friends there. Race to Robie is definitely a do again race! I'm excited for you and your year off and hope you have all sorts of adventures--including the Ironman--wow! I'm not sure if I'll do another full again...a half for sure though. Jamie, you're crazy but I guess we already know that! Lol! Happy training today BT! Is anyone racing this weekend? |
