Subject: RE: 5.21.18 Monday Morning!Lots of swimming on this thread today, and I am no exception. Our Masters practice totaled 2550 yards for those of us in the slow lane, with a variety of strokes and distances.
And of course the daily 5 minute routine of a plank, some pushups and some sit ups.
If my fence posts go up easily tomorrow, I may do a short brick in the afternoon. Otherwise it will be spin class.
