| 623 | Subject: RE: 06.18.2019 Tip Me Over Tuesday 4.1 easy-ish miles. We’ve had a lot of rain today so the humidity was right at 90% with the dew point at 71 degrees. It was quite a sticky run. Trying to work on keeping my heart rate in zone 2 during my runs. I can do it pretty easily during my bike sessions. Happy training! |

Here it can be 100+ but quite bearable if you stay out of the sun, as it's almost always dry heat. Plus usually pleasantly cool until late morning, even on hot days. |
