Subject: 07.02.2019 Tuesday Training Morning BT! 5:45 AM: 60-minute bike trainer work out consisting of 2 x sets of 4 x 3' VO2MAX (2' RI) 5' RI between sets. They were 110% FTP, 115% FTP, 120% FTP, 125% FTP. With three days of recovery and not going to 130% like last week's VO2MAX work out I was able to get through everything. Last week I died 2-minutes into the 130% interval and was spent for the rest of the workout. Have a great day! |
