It was WET...hahaha Listening to a book the last little while about a guy who got heavy into Ultra Running, he is a Journalist. Good enough to pass the time. 'The Rise of the Ultra Runners". 1520  Cypress, Texas | Subject: RE: 07.24.2019 Wednesday Happy Pioneer Day for all of you living in Utah and its neighboring communities. I hit the road at 6:00 AM today. With the cold front that came through this week and a slight breeze this morning, it almost felt cold this morning. I did 6 miles pacing off the rate monitor again this morning. The goal was to stay in Z2 (137-144 BPM). I have enough hills that staying in a narrow HR range is difficult but I got much more of the run in the range today that I did on Monday so I thought it was a pretty good run. Have a great day. |

| 6 | Subject: RE: 07.24.2019 Wednesday I tackled hill repeats on the bike today. 5 mile warm up and 6 times up a one mile hill. Not my favorite workout, but felt really accomplished today. Have a great day everyone! |

Master 8250   Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 07.24.2019 Wednesday Hill repeats as well but on the run. 1:03 and change of running including 5 X bigger hill (about 90 seconds up) and 5 X smaller hill (about 40 seconds up) with jog back down and a little on the flats in between, plus warmup and cool down. |
