I spent 60 minutes on the KK this morning. That seems like a long time just to complete a 20-minutes FTP test. My last test summer in the summer was 314W. I felt that was too high because all my workouts killed me and left me feeling drained and weak and I wasn't getting back to 100% before the next workout. So when I got 302W in November I was relieved. Well, I hit 315W today. So I have done doomed myself again. I will see how things go in the coming weeks.
I was on a treadmill at the gym for a very short run at lunchtime, followed by some ab work and stretching. For bonus points: I get a good walk with lots of stairs going to and from the gym too. I don't bother logging that.even though my watch usually asks if it should be recording a walking workout.
