Trainer morning...

It was a slugfest. Really, I didn't know I could sweat that much in 60 minutes. First time in a while that I haven't worn one of my long sleeve tech shirts. They obviously absorb a lot that then doesn't end up on the floor..hahaha

60 minutes trainer.

5:15AM - 60 minutes on the bike trainer.  It felt pretty chilly today.  Minimal sweat accumulation on the bike matt (like none).  The ride felt easy even though I was doing a lot more watts than I was 8 weeks back.  I think that is a good sign.
