Hopped on the trainer for a good ride...Just about 90 minutes which is what the doctor ordered.
After a tough run yesterday, the bike was challenging this morning. Not so much that it wasn't doable, just tough.
Lunchtime calisthenics will be a strength workout, once done my next ZoomRoom. hahahaha
