Comments: I hit the first half how I needed to, but then I had nothing for the last half. My legs were OK, my breathing was OK, my feet were OK - I just couldn't "GO." I think it was the lack of speed work this summer. What would you do differently?: More speed work (but was trying to get over that calf thing, so it was what it was). Post race
Warm down: Nothing. Walked to light rail, enjoyed sitting for 10 mins on the ride home, and then stretched OK at home about 90 minutes after finishing.
