Photo's in blog?

In the albums, the URL that shows in the address bar is actually to a web page that displays the picture, not the picture itself.

To get the image to display in your blog, view it in the album, right click on it, select properties and copy the url that's displayed. If you paste that into the "insert image" box, it should display.

Also on that thread you (I think it was you) put a link to the search facility for all previous threads - can you please remind me what that is as it was a really useful tool but I can't work out how to find it.

Can you try again and leave the example in your blog so we can see what is happening? 

Which day? I don't see any blog entries with the "image file not present" icon...

I see the problem...you linked the image directly to your computers c drive files.  (file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Sarah%20Paterson/My%20Documents)

What you ideally need to do is upload the link into your albums here, then use THAT link in your log. 

It works now... you are the guru hidden in the back room I have been looking for.  So was it a directory permissions issue as I suspected or something I, normal BT user, could have corrected??

 BTW... if you are part of the development team for this site... I really would like to meet you some day. You guys have done an incredible job with this site.  You are to be given the loudest applause for your efforts.
