For anyone looking for swimming drills, and your goal is minutes of swimming and not yds of swimming, try sculling!! It's a great way to develop feel and balance in the water and will improve how efficient you are in the water!! I am open to any running tips or secrets to stay on track!! I'm starting to enjoy it a little but would rather be on my bike!!  GO RED!!! |
