50+ down...450 to go. i figure if i do all my trainer workouts @ a 16 mph average (which is reasonable, given that the workouts i use have a 15 min warm up and 5 minute cool down ), that's 384 miles. working at the bike shop 6+ times this month, that's another 72 miles. back and forth to the Y 3x a week is another 39 miles. total = 495. throw in a couple extra 30 minute sessions on the trainer, or an extra shift or trip to the Y, i should be good.
